- High Strength & Impact Resistance- Formulated with a Nylon 6/66 copolymer, EASY PA offers superior tensile and flexural strength compared to standard PLA or ABS, resulting in exceptionally strong and durable functional parts.
- Excellent Toughness & Drop Resistance- This polyamide filament exhibits outstanding resistance to abrasion, friction, and physical impacts. It is ideal for high-stress, moving components like gears, bearings, and tools that require long-term durability.
- Low-Warp & Reliable Dimensional Accuracy- The advanced copolymer formula significantly reduces shrinkage during cooling, minimizing warping and cracking. This allows for successful printing of large or complex models with reliable dimensional stability.
- High-Temperature Resistance (Up to 121°C/250°F)-With a heat deflection temperature of 121°C, printed parts maintain their shape and integrity in demanding environments, such as within electronic enclosures or near engine compartments, outperforming many common filaments.
- Exceptional Layer Adhesion for Durability- Strong interlayer bonding minimizes the risk of delamination and fatigue, making EASY PA a reliable choice for dynamic parts that undergo repeated stress, from drone frames to functional prototypes.
- Annealing for Enhanced Performance- Heat-treating printed models (90-130°C) followed by controlled cooling can further improve their heat resistance, strength, and overall mechanical properties for the most demanding applications.
- Vacuum packaging and PC spool- Vacuum packaging with aluminum foil bag offers superior sealing to prevent PA filament moisture. PC spool is resistant to high temperature of 110℃, and can be dried in E2 filament dryer, making printing more efficient.
- Recommended Settings- Nozzle Printing Temperature:270-280℃, Printing Platform Temperature:30-50℃, Speed:100-150mm/s, Drying Temperature: 90℃, Drying Time: 12H
- Strong Compatibility- Spool Diameter: 203.2mm(8inches), Spool Width: 63.5mm(2.5inches), Spool Hub Hole Diameter: 55.88mm(2.20inches). Compatible with most printers, such as Bambulab H2D, X1 series, etc.

If it's not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back, and Sparkmere will email you a return label. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the item's size, weight, and shipping location, and are deducted from your refund.
